I am a Principal Solution Consultant at Sprinklr — a leading SaaS provider for customer experience management. In my role, I help clients align strategic objectives with practical execution, operating at the intersection of business and technology. I work closely with brands to strengthen their reputations and enhance customer engagement across channels.

This often means connecting our social media management solutions with emerging trends like generative engine optimization to help brands stay ahead of the curve. Other times, it involves whiteboarding and demonstrating how our AI-first Contact Center can integrate seamlessly within a customer’s existing technology ecosystem.

Previously, I was a field CTO for ServiceNow, and prior, solution consultant for NetSuite and CA Technologies, where I honed my skills in optimizing business processes and technology solutions. I graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
